we have now learned that precious Acacia Sierra King, died peacefully in her parents arms on Monday afternoon. she was surrounded by her grandparents, an aunt and uncle, and a close friend. The memorial service will be on Thursday in Boulder, CO. Please join me in rejoicing over her life...that was cut way too short...for reasons we might never know. we love you shelly and matthew...and are so very, very sorry for your devestating loss...

a prayer i found that i thought appropriate:

Dear God, Help Matthew and Shelly as they come face to face with their loss. Let them grieve unashamed, trusting that their little one is now with you. Help them accept their loss and grow closer as a family. Let them day by day begin to see your plan. Help them trust when they cannot see through the tears. Let them know you are near. In Jesus precious name. Amen...
